Our Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Exchange Policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a full month to swap it for something else you love.

Please Note: We maintain a No Refund and No Return policy. We only offer exchanges for other items in our collection.


How to Start Your Exchange

To begin the process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp at 03390003428.

  2. Show Us: Send us photos of the article you received and briefly tell us about the issue (size, color preference, etc.).

  3. Approval: Once our team reviews your message and accepts the exchange, you are ready for the next steps.


The Exchange Process

Once your exchange is approved, please follow these instructions carefully:

  • Pack it Up: Place the suit back in its original and proper packaging. The article must be unworn and in its original condition.

  • Ship it Back: Send the package to our warehouse address (our team will provide the specific address via WhatsApp).

  • Share the Receipt: After handing the package over to the courier, they will provide you with a booking receipt. Send a photo of that receipt to our WhatsApp so we can track the incoming parcel.


Important Terms

  • Delivery Charges: Please note that all delivery charges for the exchange process are to be borne by the customer. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse and the shipping fees for the new exchange dress.

  • Shipping Timelines: We will dispatch your new exchange dress as soon as we receive and inspect the original article at our warehouse.

  • Price Difference: The new item selected for exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase price. If the new item costs more, the difference will be paid by the customer.
